Right of Withdrawal
You are always welcome to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item. If you regret your purchase for any reason, you may make use of our 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Practical Information
If you regret your purchase, you must notify us no later than 14 days after receiving the item, e.g., in your mailbox or after collecting it from the parcel shop. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item. When returning, please send the order back to (Address). You must cover the direct costs associated with returning the item, and you also bear the risk for the item from the time it is delivered to you until it is returned to Fripon.
Certain items may, due to their size or weight, not be returned by regular post. We can assist with arranging return transport at a price that varies depending on the product. Please write to fripon@friponcph.com to make arrangements.

Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are liable only for any decrease in the item’s value caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words: You may examine the item, but you may not put it into actual use.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item’s commercial value.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, please return the item in its original packaging. Read more about this under “Right of Withdrawal” below.
Partial Withdrawal
If you purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more of them, even if they were purchased under a single order.
Please note that you cannot have the delivery costs refunded if you withdraw from only part of your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you regret your purchase, the amount you paid will be refunded to you. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received documentation that the returned item has been dispatched. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. If you have ordered or arranged delivery and this has already commenced before you exercised your right of withdrawal, this amount will not be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of its return beforehand.
Complaints (Warranty Claims)
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty period. This means you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation. It is a requirement that the claim is justified and that the defect is not due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.
For the sake of the environment and to minimize our climate impact, we always prioritise repairing your item whenever possible.
You must submit your claim as soon as possible after discovering the defect. If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment so we can reimburse your shipping expenses.
Consumers always have up to two months to react after discovering a fault or defect in an item.
